solid stay in hull
helpful staff quick response good options fresh fruit
The location was convenient for my plans. the staff were genuinely helpful. I particularly appreciated their quick response to a minor issue in my room. the included breakfast had good options, especially fresh fruit. the on-site gym also allowed me to maintain my workout routine.
The deposit wasn't communicated as clearly as it could have been. I was a little surprised by it.

The room featured a king size bed with comfortable pillows. It had ample space for luggage. A separate work area included a desk with accessible power outlets, perfect for handling business tasks. A large tv offered a wide selection of channels.

The gym included three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. It was open 24/7, a great convenience for travelers with odd schedules. Meeting rooms were equipped with modern presentation equipment. The lobby featured comfortable seating areas.

amazing stay!
tasty breakfast great cleanliness fluffy towels comfortable beds
the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. the bathroom was well-stocked with fluffy towels. i found the beds and pillows comfortable, leading to restful nights.
the music was a little loud one night, but it didn't last too long and i was so tired, i fell right asleep anyway.

the hotel benefits from a very good location, situated conveniently close to the railway station.. this made traveling to and from the hotel easy and stress-free, a real bonus for any traveller.

the rooms are quite spacious, furnished with modern and bright pieces that really uplift the space. the bathrooms shine with cleanliness and offer ample room, equipped with a shower that provides excellent water pressure.

The staff members are helpful. Their attentiveness made check-in smooth and quick, they always seemed ready to assist with a warm smile, a really appreciable aspect.

included parking great shower nice breakfast
Parking was included in my rate, a nice surprise. The shower worked very well. The cooked breakfast was also nice. The gym was accessible 24 hours.

the reception staff were efficient and friendly. i received a welcome drink voucher. i also received a warm cookie.
the lobby is very close to the bar and it was loud when i wanted to sit down and relax.
